Festive Lunch & Dinner at Hadley Park House Hotel

There’s no better place to celebrate Christmas than at Hadley Park House Hotel. Our beautiful Georgian House is transformed and comes alive at Christmas with beautiful, tasteful decorations. It’s warm, cosy and welcoming. Every year we served a delicious Christmas Lunch & Dinner Menu which is available from 1 – 23 December. The menu includes all of the traditional favourites, some of which have had a ‘Hadley Park twist’.

STARTERS
Roast parsnip & apple soup with rocket oil and pea shoots (v)

Chicken liver parfait with toasted focaccia croute, red onion marmalade & smoked bacon crumb

Blue cheese and walnut roasted portobello mushroom with an apple and thyme puree (v)

MAIN COURSE
Traditional roast turkey crown with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Brussel sprout mash, pig in blanket, pork & cranberry stuffing & gravy

Slow braised feather blade of beef with horseradish mash, roasted root vegetables and a red wine sauce

Butternut squash and lentil nut roast with a garlic red pepper sauce (v)

DESSERTS
Classic Christmas pudding with brandy sauce & spiced redcurrant puree

Warm dark chocolate brownie with hazelnut chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream

Selection of cheese & biscuits with celery, grapes & chutney
