Festive Lunch & Dinner at Hadley Park House Hotel

There’s no better place to celebrate Christmas than at Hadley Park House Hotel. Our beautiful Georgian House is transformed and comes alive at Christmas with beautiful, tasteful decorations. It’s warm, cosy and welcoming. Every year we served a delicious Christmas Lunch & Dinner Menu which is available from 1 – 23 December. The menu includes all of the traditional favourites, some of which have had a ‘Hadley Park twist’.

To Start

Parsnip and apple soup with crème fraiche and sage crisps (V)

Duck liver parfait with cherry red onion chutney and sourdough croutes

Raviolini ratatouille with butternut squash puree & pesto (V) (GF)

Main Course

Traditional roast turkey with herb roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprout mash, pork and cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, vegetable crisps and turkey red wine gravy

Slow-braised featherblade of beef with thyme and garlic creamed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus

Sautéed lemon seabass with caper potato cake, buttered kale & chard, celeriac puree and a dill cream sauce 

Vegan cranberry and butternut squash nut roast with herb roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables, seasonal greens and port and red wine sauce (V)

Dessert

Stem Ginger & White Chocolate Cheesecake with lemon sorbet and crystallised ginger Tuille

Warm Chocolate Orange Brownie drizzled with milk chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream

A Selection of cheese and biscuits with caramelised red onion chutney, celery and grapes
