Pea & Asparagus Soup, truffle glazed croutes & watercress (v) *
Chicken Liver parfait, pistachio & fig salad, bacon crisp & toasted rye bread *
Cauliflower risotto topped with tarragon crumb & grated parmesan (v)
Smoked Salmon & basil savoury cheesecake, beetroot puree, lemon dressed watercress

Main Course
Braised Feather blade of beef bourguignon with horseradish mash & roasted root vegetables *
Smoked cheese & spinach filled chicken breast wrapped in pancetta with a garlic cream sauce *
Pan-fried Sea bass with a lemon caper potato cake, seasonal greens & samphire *
Roasted red onion & sundried tomato tarte tatin served with goats’ cheese puree & balsamic reduction (v)
