Vine cherry tomato and basil soup with crème fraiche swirl and herb crostini
Duck liver parfait with balsamic cherry chutney and rosemary focaccia croutes
Pan fried scallops with pea puree and a lemon fennel garnish
Goats cheese, fig and shallot tart with a honey thyme dressing

Pan fried chicken francese with tagliatelle and tenderstem broccoli
Herb roasted rack of lamb with minted hassleback potatoes and redcurrant jus
Honey and soy baked salmon with a fried sesame and egg noodle salad
Wild mushroom risotto with a pickled shallots and truffle oil pesto

Dark chocolate and caramel tart with toasted pecans and clotted cream ice cream
