- Parsnip & Apple Soup with crème fraîche and sage crisps (V)
- Duck Liver Parfait with cherry red onion chutney and sourdough croûtes
- Raviolini Ratatouille with butternut squash purée & pesto (V) (GF)
Main Courses
- Traditional Roast Turkey with herb roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprout mash, pork & cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, vegetable crisps and turkey red wine gravy
- Slow-Braised Featherblade of Beef with thyme & garlic creamed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus
- Sautéed Lemon Seabass with caper potato cake, buttered kale & chard, celeriac purée and dill cream sauce
- Vegan Cranberry & Butternut Squash Nut Roast with herb roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables, seasonal greens and port & red wine sauce (V)
