Oven roasted chicken breast, herb roasted potatoes, seasonal roast vegetables,red wine jus, sage and onion stuffing
Braised featherblade of beef with horseradish creamed potatoes, seasonal roast vegetables and a red wine jus
Poached garlic and herb cod rosette with a caper and lemon potato cake, pan fried kale and a white wine sauce
Vegetable moussaka with lemon dressed salad and garlic ciabatta
