Traditional roast turkey with herb roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprout mash, pork and cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, vegetable crisps and turkey red wine gravy
Slow-braised featherblade of beef with thyme and garlic creamed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus
Sautéed lemon seabass with caper potato cake, buttered kale & chard, celeriac puree and a dill cream sauce
Vegan cranberry and butternut squash nut roast with herb roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables, seasonal greens and port and red wine sauce (V)
