Traditional roast turkey with herb roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprout mash, pork and cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, vegetable crisps and turkey red wine gravy
Slow braised featherblade of beef with thyme and garlic creamed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus
