Sprout & lemon arancini with butternut squash puree & pesto dressing (v)
Smoked salmon & dill blinis with lemon-dressed pea shoots
To Start
French onion soup with toasted parmesan focaccia (v)
Trio of beetroot carpaccio with roasted apple and cashew salad (v)
Potted crab and prawn parfait with garlic aioli and dill toasted ciabatta croute
Seared venison medallion with cherry puree and an apple and sprout slaw
Main Course
Traditional roast turkey crown with herb roasted duck fat potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sprout mash, pig in blanket, pork and cranberry stuffing, vegetable crisps and turkey gravy
Roast sirloin of beef with garlic and thyme creamed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and a red wine jus
Pan-fried salmon fillet with roast garlic and potato puree, roasted asparagus
Chestnut mushroom and butternut squash wellington with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sprout mash and port jus (v)
