A Civil Ceremony for 78 Adults 2 Children and 2 infants took place in the Conservatory at 2.00pm

Followed by a Sit Down Meal in the Mulliner suite

Main Meal:

  • Chicken Liver Parfait with Toasted Brioche
  • Roast Sirloin of Staffordshire reared Beef / Roast Chicken Breast on Fondant Potato with a Wild Mushroom Fricasse / Salmon Fillet on Saute Potato Cake with Lemon Butter Sauce
  • Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis and Vanilla Ice Cream / Selection of Local Cheeses with Homemade Chutney and Shropshire Herb Biscuits.

Evening Reception: Hog Roast for 110 in the Mulliner Suite
