Our Ethos is to give you an unpretentious changing menu that reflects the seasons, made from the very best locally sourced ingredients. Bringing to the plate a balanced combination of textures, colours and flavours with a modern British twist. 

Our team of Chefs, led by Kev Fellows, bring their knowledge and experience to compliment the local produce we source.

Our Suppliers

Our Meat – Andy Woolley sources the best in local meats for us, including:

Beef from Red House Farm and Hawcroft Grange, Lamb from Red House Farm and Dawtry Cottage, Pork from Hall Farm and Buttercross Farm. We also source meat products from Wenlock Edge Farm.

Fruit & Vegetables from Rowlands & Co, Salads & Leaves from Leaves of the Valley, Eggs from Hollowdene Farm, Cheese from My Moyden’s and Dairy from Wells Dairy.

As the name suggests, our menu is very seasonal and reliant upon locally sourced ingredients. From time to time it may be necessary to substitute items according to availability. All dishes are cooked fresh to order.

Any food prepared in our kitchen may contain traces of Cereal (Gluten), Nuts, Milk, Soya, Mustard, Eggs, Lupin, Fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Sesame Seeds, Celery or Sulphur Dioxide. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
