Guinea Pigs required to help with menu selection!

We are looking for adventurous diners or aspiring food critics for our new Guinea Pig Night on 7th May 2014.

This brand new concept allows diners to eat and rate a range of new dishes that are being considered for selection for the new seasonal menu in the hotel’s Dorrells Restaurant. Diners will be given a score sheet in order to rate the dishes and comment on what they like and don’t like. Only the best dishes, as voted for by diners, will make Dorrells’ final menu.

“Our menu is seasonal so naturally evolves, and we thought it would be a good idea to get diners involved to help make that all-important final menu choice. It’s not just a seasonal menu that we are creating, but a ‘People’s Menu’ as it will be those who come along to our Guinea Pig Night that will be able to influence the final decisions. We constantly monitor customer feedback as we know it’s the only way to improve, so this seemed the perfect idea to combine guest opinions with the final selections for our menu” said Mark Lewis and Geraldine Lewis, owners of Hadley Park House Hotel.

“We are looking for people who are adventurous with food as they won’t know what the dish will be until it’s placed in front of them. Overall all we are asking for is honest opinions and genuine feedback. They will be the ones trying the dishes, and only the best will make it on to the final seasonal menu.”

HadleyPark’s award-winning Chefs will be on hand to advise how the dishes were created, to answer questions and gain feedback. Special diets can be catered for if advised in advance.

HadleyPark’s Guinea Pig Nights will be held four times a year. To enjoy this unique experience, the Guinea Pig Night is priced at just £19.95 per person.
