Our Head Chef Charles Dundas will put his award winning culinary skills to test, by producing a unique 6 Course Wild Boar Menu.
Charles will carefully prepare each individual significant dish, not only showing off his skills and creative flair, but also the taste and quality of the food.
So enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival followed by 6 wonderful courses of locally sourced Shropshire Wild Boar.
