Our Conservatory Restaurant provides a relaxing haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's intimate without being formal and to reflect our menu, it has a distinct, modern feel.
Head Chef Tim Wesley consistently achieves an AA Rosette for food quality. Along with his kitchen brigade Tim produces exceptional quality food predominantly using locally sourced produce - our AA Strawberry Award recognises that we source more than 50% of our a la carte ingredients from within 50 miles. Pork is sourced from Wenlock Edge Farm, our beef is reared in Staffordshire, we have Shropshire cheese on the cheeseboard … and the list goes on.
