Minimum / Maximum Numbers
On Saturdays between May 1st & October 31st, and Friday & Saturdays throughout December we have a minimum number requirement. The requirement is to provide a sit down meal from our Banqueting menu for a minimum of 40 guests, followed by an evening buffet from our buffet selection for a minimum of 70 guests (or a total spend on food to the equivalent value).
Minimum numbers do not apply to Fridays or Sundays, or to Saturdays outside of these dates.
Minimum numbers will not be applied to our executive package.
All wedding receptions will be required to provide an evening buffet for their guests.
The maximum seating capacity in our Conservatory restaurant is 85 guests for a sit down meal, and up to 130 guests for an evening reception.
Our brand new function suite, planned to open in 2010, will seat up to 120 guests for a sit down meal, and up to 160 guests for an evening reception
Larger numbers can be catered for, as provisions can be made for the hire of a marquee within the grounds, or as an extension to the Conservatory. This would be at an additional cost.
