Dining in Dorrells Restaurant at the Hadley Park House Hotel provides a relaxing haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's intimate without being formal and to reflect our menu, it has a distinct, modern feel.
It’s a “homecoming” for 29-years-old new Head Chef Mark Harris - himself ‘A Shropshire Lad’ - who learned his craft at nearby Radbrook Catering College, from which he graduated in December 1999. Since then, however, he has worked at various establishments, most notably the 5-star Lowry Hotel, where he worked as Chef de Partie in the Marco Pierre White River Room. Along with his kitchen brigade Mark produces exceptional quality food predominantly using produce sourced local to Telford and surrounding Shropshire - our AA Strawberry Award recognises that we source more than 50% of our a la carte ingredients from within 50 miles. Pork is sourced from Wenlock Edge Farm, our beef is reared in Staffordshire, we have Shropshire cheese on the cheeseboard … and the list goes on.

This is a sample of the Autumn Sunday Lunch menu. The menus change weekly dependant of the availability of the locally sourced produce we use in all our menus.
Lunch is served between 12.00 Noon and 2.15pm
