“Exceptional Customer Service”

Extract from review 18 March 2013

The one thing that makes Hadley Park House so special is the customer service and the obvious attention paid to the training of their staff – it is far better than we have experienced in many 4 & 5 star hotels and it is a real credit to the owners that it all works so well – and with a smile!

“Our Wedding Day”

Reviewed 26 February 2013

We had our wedding at Hadley Park on Sat 23rd February 2013. All our guests attending had nothing but good words to say about the hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they could not have done any more to help us and our guests. Food was exceptional! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Fully recommended and we will definitely be visiting again.

“A very enjoyable experience”

We received a very warm welcome from owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is very well placed for local places of interest or for business travellers. Super food both nights, well-priced wine list. A most enjoyable couple of days and excellent value for money.

“Excellent food, room and overall service”

4 of 5 starsReviewed  11 February 2013

Stayed for one night after spending the day at the hotel in a business meeting. The service during the day was excellent, as was the lunch we had delivered to the room and as for the biscuits served with the coffee, all I can say is they were the best I have ever tasted! Following the meeting we dined in the restaurant and once again the service and food were both excellent.

My room was in the old part of the hotel and was clean and the bed was very comfy and so had an excellent nights sleep, not always possible in some hotels I have stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both food and to stay.

“Always had an excellent stay here”

If you want to stay in a big chain hotel then this is not for you. This is a Great hotel with wonderfully friendly staff, average bedrooms that are clean and functional, amazing food and a lovely small bar to enjoy a malt after dinner. Breakfast always good and I always feel comfortable asking for what I want!!

Look forward to visiting again this year.

“Comfy bed and best breakfast I’ve had in ages!”

Like staying in somebody’s house, not a hotel. Entrance via a house door, along a corridor to reception, up the stairs to each individual room. Bedroom was warm and cosy but had to line the gap between door and floor with cushions to keep draught out. Amazing bed! Duvet felt like velvet and pillows were comfy. Bathroom great, tub was large and inviting.

“Professional Atmosphere”

We were taken here by a friend and business colleague for lunch. This hotels has been recently extended and moderised and I have visited before but this is the first time I have eaten here like this. We ate in the conservatory which is a very light and airy room but there are more private rooms contamporay with the age of the original building for private meetings.

“Lovely autumn break”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 6 November 2012

We have just returned from a short half term break in Shropshire with our 9 year old son. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is close to Ironbridge and it’s museums and also Shrewsbury with it’s historic buildings and shops. Great location. Staff very friendly. Good food. Overall a relaxing break. Recommended.

“Lovely relaxing break with the family, great food, excellent service, good value”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 2 November 2012

We have just returned from a 2 night break at the Hadley Park Hotel. The purpose of our visit was to visit the Ironbridge museums with our 3 children (13,11 & 5) whilst not advertised as a “family” hotel they could not do enough to accommodate us. Extra beds in the room were no problem nor were providing kids meals for our rather fussy 5 year old, even though they appeared to be the only children staying there during our visit.

“Excellent!”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 29 October 2012

I’m not surpirsed this is rated number one in the Telford area. I recently attended the wedding of a friend’s daughter here, including an overnight stay, and everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the food very good (even when catering for 60-odd guests!), and our room was really comfortable, clean and superbly fitted (the shower room looked like it had been done only last week!)

“Excellent Service!!!”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 21 October 2012

We booked the Hadley Park for our daughters christening back in March, and can only say that I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. The service and food was out standing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpfull if they tried! We have booked to go there again at Christmas and cant wait!!!

“Made our day so special”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 16 October 2012

We had our wedding here on 28th July 2012, cannot fault the service, food and all the team, they made it a wonderful experience for us and our guests. We were treated like royalty and I cannot recommend this hotel enough, not only for a wedding but the food and rooms are fantastic as well.

“What a find!”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 15 October 2012

What a wonderful hotel, found via trip advisor by chance, it must have meant to be as we have just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in this hotel. We stayed in the Chamber Suite which was a wonderful large modern room with a very large ensuite. The staff were friendly and very professional at all times, we were very impressed with them. The food and service was excellent. Cannot fault this hotel at all, only sorry that we were only there for two nights.

“Quality establishment with the wow factor!”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 29 September 2012

Ideally situated for a business trip this hotel offers great value for money. Well designed contemporary room, fabulous rain shower and huge comfy bed. Restaurant offers great food with quality locally sourced produce – breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled egg – wow! Congratulations to all who made our stay such a memorable experience.

“Excellent Hotel”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 26 September 2012

Stayed for one night only when touring England in July, out of six different hotel we tried that week I must say this was one of the best, room very comfortable and the staff excellent, food in the conservatory without fault, only disappointment we couldn’t stay longer, but we are thinking to return shortly.
