Operations Manager – Permanent Full Time Position
This is a new and exciting role within our established team following a restructure. As a senior member of our management team, you will have an established background of Food and Beverage within the Hotel industry.
You will be responsible for delivery of all aspects of food and beverage at Hadley Park. A ‘Lead from the front’ individual, you will need to develop and motivate your team, and whilst maintaining standards and remaining within the financial constraints of the business.
A good basic idea of legislation would be an advantage, along with knowledge of local competitors and ability to spot a sales opportunity.
You will be required to cover Duty Management shifts, compile rotas and play an active role in meetings and training.
We are currently seeking a part time Night Porter to support our existing team. Hours will vary dependant on the business and will include weekends. You must be able to work alone and as part of a team, ideally you will have worked in a similar environment before, however training will be provided.
You will be the main point of contact for our guests throughout the night time hours, so experience of working with the public, telephone handling and food & beverage service would be an advantage. You will also be responsible for setting up, ready for the next morning, which will involve laying up for breakfast, setting up function rooms, conferences and cleaning in the public areas. A basic knowledge of computer systems would also be an advantage. The position can be of a physical nature and all the relevant training will be provided.
Food and Beverage Assistants – Permanent Position
We are looking for flexible individuals who will be with us for the long term! This position will include daytimes, evenings and weekends, dependant on the business.
You will be required to assist in all aspects of food and beverage service from The Rosette winning Conservatory Restaurant to Weddings, Functions, Bar Snacks, Room Service and External Buffets.
Previous experience and a personal licence would be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be given.
Due to the nature of the role, the position is only available for individuals who are over 18 years.
Food and Beverage Supervisor – Full Time Position
Previous experience within the industry is a must for this role. We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record as a Food and Beverage Assistant who is now ready to take the next step. The role is full time, working five days over seven on varying shifts, dependant on the business levels.
You will need to show excellent Customer Service skills, have a good knowledge of till systems, plus have the ability to train, support and supervise other team members. You will also be required to cover Duty Manager shifts.
Due to the nature of the role, the position is only available for individuals who are over 18 years, who hold a Personal Licence.
Events Administrator with Reception Cover – Full Time Position
This is a new and exciting role for a flexible self starting individual. Previous experience within a Hotel Reception and Administration department is vital for this position.
Working alongside our Weddings and Events department you will need to have excellent administration skills, with a good basic knowledge of Excel and Word. You must be able to meet with strict deadlines, whilst remaining empathetic and customer focused.
You will also be required to cover our reception desk along with the existing reception team, hence this position is full time, working five days over seven on varying shifts, dependant on the business levels.
