Guinea Pig Night, 3rd September 2014
Are you an adventurous diner? Do you like an element of surprise? Fancy being a food critic for the evening?
If so, our ‘Guinea Pig Night’ is right up your street! We want to try out new ideas and seasonal dishes before they make the final menu – and we’d like our customers to try them first and tell us what they think.
We want this to be the ‘People’s Menu’, so, if you fancy being a ‘Guinea Pig’, we need people who are adventurous with food (you won’t know what the dish is until it’s placed in front of you) and for you to offer an honest opinion and provide genuine feedback. You’ll be the one trying the dishes before they make our menu, and only the best will feature. There’ll be lots of dishes to try, so each will be presented in an individual bowl. Our Chefs will be on hand to advise how the dishes were created, to answer questions and gain feedback. We’d also like you to complete a short questionnaire so that we can tally up the results! We will be able to cater for food allergies / intolerances but will need to be advised well in advance.
As our menu is seasonal, Guinea Pig Nights will be held four times a year in January, March, June & September.
