Traditional roast turkey crown with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sprout mash, pig in blanket, pork and cranberry stuffing and gravy
Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and red wine jus
Grilled soy and ginger salmon fillet with braised pak choi, fried yakisoba noodles and miso coriander puree
Butternut squash and lentil nut roast with a garlic red pepper sauce (v)
