Wherever possible, the ingredients we use in all of our cuisine is sourced locally so that the food is fresh and of the very best quality. We also use local suppliers for our coffee, wines and water; we like to buy local to obtain quality and consistency.
We use a large number of local food and drink suppliers, including:
Meats:
Wenlock Edge Farm, Ape Dale – for bacon, sausages and hams
Buttercross Farm, Market Drayton – for free range pork and beef
Andrew Woolley Meats, Staffordshire – for Staffordshire reared beef, chicken and lamb
Cheese, Milk & Eggs:
Mr Moyden’s Cheese, Shrewsbury – for handmade Shropshire cheese
Hollowdene Hens, Shrewsbury – for free range eggs
Brock Hall Farm Dairy, Bridgnorth – hand made goats’ milk cheese made using Brock Hall’s herd of Pure Saanen goats
Wells Farm Dairy, Stafford – for milk. Wells Farm has been in the Holt family for 100 year. 12 years ago they decided to market their own milk and now supply local residents and businesses

Rowlands Fresh Produce, Shrewsbury – for fresh fruit and vegetables
Leaves of the Valley, Ironbridge – for salad leaves and fresh herbs
Drinks:
Janes Beverages, Market Drayton – for coffee
Wenlock Spring Water, Church Stretton – for natural spring water
Addison Wines, Telford – for fine wine and champagne
Woods Brewery, Craven Arms – for real ale
Snacks:
