Choosing Your Wedding Menus
Food can make or break a party but there’s no reason to be concerned as our Head Chef Tim Wesley consistently achieves an AA Rosette for food quality. Along with his kitchen brigade Tim produces exceptional quality food predominantly using locally sourced produce. Pork is sourced from Wenlock Edge Farm, our beef is always reared in Staffordshire, we have Staffordshire cheese on the cheeseboard … and the list goes on.
We’ve got a choice of menus that will hopefully satisfy the most sophisticated of palettes but if you have any special requests we’ll do our utmost to incorporate them too. There’s no need to be concerned if you have special dietary requests or need children’s meals, they’re no problem to the team. It’s nice to have choice, and with that in mind we’ve put together some very different evening menus from a hog roast to a barbecue to a selection of buffets.
